Being able to enjoy the refreshing lemon soba and crispy cutlet at once was perfect for when just one dish isn't quite enough. The soba with lemon added looked especially refreshing, and switching back and forth with the cutlet cut down on the greasiness — a pretty good combo~ The cutlet came as a half portion, so it was easy to enjoy as a side without feeling too heavy~ Crispy on the outside!!
