They did not cut much off the length, instead adding layers to refine the way the hair falls. Rather than giving every section the same curl, they finished the waves so they flowed naturally according to the length. Associate Director Gaeul also showed me how to arrange the curls when drying my hair at home. The method is to dry the hair while guiding it in the direction of the waves, so if you want to learn how to care for a perm afterward, be sure to ask about this too.
