But she was also super friendly during the consult, so I could talk to her comfortably. The color consult was seriously detailed too — she laid out an actual color chart and showed me several options based on my skin tone and everyday style, picking together with me. I could really feel the expertise in that process, which built trust. It's not just 'say the color you want and start' — Director Donghwa thinks through what tone actually suits you.
