I revisited the burger I had previously bought myself, then tried the ₩4,000 ice cream and five fat macaron flavors. This is my honest review after trying not only its famous original Yeosu baguette burger, loved for nearly 10 years since 2016, but also Geomundo sea-breeze mugwort ice cream and Jwasuyeong fat macarons, haha. This visit was through a reviewer program, but actually, I had come here with my own money even before I started blogging ★ My receipt review was still there too, lol, so I brought it along haha. I had tried a baguette burger elsewhere and thought, hmm... There is no dedicated parking support, but the nearby Jinnamgwan Public Parking Lot is free for the first hour!! Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger opened in 2016 and has been loved as a Yeosu baguette-burger specialist for nearly 10 years already. It was crisp outside and moist inside—basically impossible for it not to be good. Sometimes baguettes are so tough or crunchy on the outside that they hurt the roof of your mouth and are hard to bite through, but that was not the case here at all 🤤 There was a pretty generous amount of meat inside too, which was delicious!! There was lots of it, making the burger extra moist and tasty. They say microwaving makes it soggy and less tasty. Just air-fry it at 180°C for about 3–4 minutes!! ## What Geomundo sea-breeze mugwort ice cream tastes like Geomundo sea-breeze mugwort ice cream, ₩4,000. Made using 100% Geomundo sea-breeze mugwort, a Yeosu specialty, it retained that distinctive mugwort aroma. It was an exceptionally smooth, deep, richly flavored, premium mugwort ice cream!! I have an old-fashioned palate and love flavors like mugwort, so of course I liked it. But it is not bitter with mugwort flavor at all, so I think even beginners could enjoy it without hesitation. I heard they are made through OEM production in collaboration with Myeongpum Dessert, a dessert specialist company with HACCP-certified facilities~ The colorful macarons themselves were so pretty that I thought they would make lovely Yeosu travel gifts. Of the mugwort series, this one had the strongest mugwort flavor and was the tastiest. Interestingly, it really did taste a little different from the mugwort chocolate-chip one. Looking at the name, you would think this one would have the strongest mugwort taste, right!!? But to me, this had the mildest mugwort flavor. I found the one with chocolate chips had more mugwort presence and was the most delicious. They say the appeal changes depending on how you eat them: chilled, the cream is pleasantly chewy and cool; fully thawed, it is soft and sweet, haha.
