We visited on a weekday afternoon, after lunch hours, and even then there were quite a lot of people seated and eating. We only ordered one cutlet, but it came with rice, soup, and salad, filling up an entire tray. I was won over by the crispy, properly fried look of the cutlet, and once dipped in sauce, it was crunchy on the outside with juices packed inside — so soft and delicious. A sushi restaurant with cutlet this good? It comes with exactly 9 pieces of sushi, and everything served alongside was really generous — sashimi, salad, tempura, and soft steamed egg too. I thought, if I finish all of this, I'll be completely full. Knowing it comes from the master craftsman's hands made it feel even tastier, and coming from such a warm, welcoming place, the dish felt full of even more heart. And the raw fish on top was so thick — less rice and more thick raw fish on top is exactly what I love, and that's exactly what Min Cook Dasima's sushi delivered! The flavor of the fish spread across my whole mouth, and I found myself impressed with every bite. The sashimi was also sliced thick and served in a nice variety, making the meal even better! As a sushi lover, I couldn't eat as much as usual because of the heat, but with the weather this nice and eating sushi at such a great place, I got even more excited! From now on, whenever I want sushi, I'm coming back to Min Cook Dasima! Crunching through the crispy tempura shell was such a treat, and the meat inside was tender and soft too — it really felt like a proper, satisfying meal at a great restaurant after a long time.
