Looking out at the waves through the clean floor-to-ceiling windows and slowly eating sweet coffee and desserts, my cluttered mind gradually settled down. There was a stretch of time where it felt fine to just look at the sea, without thinking about where else to go or what else to do. So for me, Deokmi won't just be remembered as a pretty café that photographs well — it'll be remembered as the place where I felt the most healed and restored on this Busan trip.
