Visually it looked... so-so at first, honestly kind of plain, but once I mixed in extra perilla oil, it completely transformed — the kind of dish where you can't stop reaching for more. Why? Because the distinctive nutty flavor of the perilla oil buckwheat noodles meets the fruity dongchimi and turns into something totally different — a really unique taste, but one where the nuttiness disappears. Personal taste varies, so take this just as a reference! ## Pollack sashimi buckwheat noodles, 13,000 won: add the sauce halfway Pollack sashimi buckwheat noodles cost ₩13,000. It's a familiar combination of pollack sashimi with buckwheat noodles. Adding a little dongchimi gave it a bit of a mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) feel, somehow.
