As you can see, it was loaded with tofu, zucchini, potatoes, and more vegetables. I figured a naengmyeon served as a follow-up dish would come in a small portion, but it came out really generous! Loaded with egg and plenty of cucumber too. Bibim-naengmyeon eaten alongside grilled meat — is there a better combo?
