The hanwoo bosupsal, thinly sliced and lightly cooked in the hot broth, was tender and clean-tasting, and the scotch egg had a soft-boiled egg inside that made it both visually striking and uniquely textured. I want to eat it again..!!!! This is a great place to revisit for warm shabu-shabu with friends or family in Apgujeong Rodeo. Above all, with so many menu options, I'd love to try different meats next time — 10000% would visit again. Especially that perfect combo of the crispy fried outside and the incredibly soft egg inside the scotch egg. Pairing it with hanwoo bosupsal shabu-shabu was such a fun combination.
