A friend recommended it as a place that's great at medium-length layered perms. Before starting, she looked over the vibe I wanted, reference photos, my usual clothing style, and overall atmosphere, and helped steer me toward the style that would actually suit me best! There was still a lot of leftover perm texture in there. She sectioned the hair, did a first pass of trimming, thinned out the volume, and carefully layered it all.
