In particular, you can choose the spice level for both stone jajangmyeon and stone jjambbong, so you can pick one that suits your taste! Jajangmyeon and green-onion kimchi are such a perfect match. The kimchi was delicious even on its own, so I was excited. ### Medium whole-squid stone jajangmyeon, level 2 Our order arrived, and the portion was honestly much bigger than I expected! When I first looked at the menu, the names dontang and chitang felt a little unfamiliar.
