I needed to have a meal with my parents in Dongnae and was racking my brain over where to go, when I found a place doing a pretty solid Dongnae lunch special, so I went! ## Where is Yukmildo Dongnae Direct Branch, and what are the hours? Yukmildo Dongnae Direct Branch sits right in front of Suan Station Exit 1! It's near Dongnae Megamart. Hours are daily 11:00–23:00, with a break time from 15:00–17:00, and last order at 22:00. I ordered the lunch special, ssambap jeongsik, and since a jjigae (stew) comes with it individually, you just need to pick which one you want. Looking around, about half the tables were having the lunch special and half were grilling meat. Since it's a ssambap jeongsik (wrapped rice set), cabbage leaves, kelp leaves, and seaweed came out for wrapping, and my mother loved it! The jeyuk bokkeum (stir-fried pork) arrived, and it's refillable. But they gave us so much from the start.. we couldn't manage a refill.. so disappointing, I want more.. I was too full to even get a refill.. Steamed egg comes with it too! The gyeranjjim (steamed egg custard) was fluffy and delicious. They come in stone pots, so it stayed warm to the very last bite, which I loved. Tofu, meat, and kimchi went into it — exactly the kimchi jjigae flavor you'd hope for! haha The cheonggukjang had lots of clams in it too! ## The full table spread and each person's sotbap pot rice First, the full spread on video! Eating like this for lunch is so satisfying and good! Uh, wait, doesn't it look like there's no rice!?!? It was perfect right to the end..! I nearly burst — I walked out clutching my stomach hahaha ## Is Yukmildo Dongnae Direct Branch worth it with parents?
