I recently went to Gimhae Lotte Outlets and, well, when you're wandering around shopping all day, a good meal becomes essential, right? So I stopped by Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Gamjatang, a Gimhae Yulha restaurant just 3 minutes from the outlet. Here's my review!

It's tough finding a restaurant that's easy with babies, but this place had baby chairs and even aprons ready to go, so we could eat freely without worrying.

Since it's gamjatang, they pair it with garlic sauce, ssamjang, kimchi, kkakdugi (radish kimchi), onion, and chili peppers!

This set comes with boiled pork slices and seasoned marinated crab alongside the main dish, gamjatang! First bite of the pork — it's topped generously with garlic and chili seasoning, making it look even more appetizing. Not greasy at all, just clean flavor!

The marinated crab isn't too spicy, just pleasantly mild, and it's addictive — I almost finished a whole bowl of rice with just the crab!

Coming here for gamjatang and getting to try boiled pork and marinated crab on top — the value really is great.

### How does the gamjatang at Ppyeodae Itneun taste?

Now for today's main star — the gamjatang! The meat comes fully cooked from the kitchen so it's ready to eat right away, but they boiled it once more at the table. The meat was tender with no pork gaminess at all — just clean flavor!

The meat came off the bone easily, so it was simple to pick apart, and dipping each bite lightly in the broth, I ended up polishing off a bone before I even realized it! It wasn't spicy or overpowering, so it seemed like something everyone — young or old — could enjoy without hesitation. Dipping it lightly in the garlic sauce made it even cleaner-tasting and more savory, which kept me reaching for more.

### Pot rice, sujebi add-ins and a sungnyung finish

Instead of the usual bowl of rice, Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Gamjatang Yulha Branch also offers rice cooked in a stone pot, so I ordered that — piping hot freshly cooked rice topped with meat was excellent!

I loaded up generously on the sujebi add-ins from the salad bar too, and ate until I was full and satisfied. After finishing the rice pot, they finish it with sungnyung (scorched rice tea), which left me completely stuffed!

This was my first visit to Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Gamjatang Yulha Branch in Gimhae Yulha! I really liked being able to try a variety of dishes with great value for the price. It's also conveniently close to the outlet, so it's great for a meal after shopping — worth a visit if you're looking for a group dinner or family meal spot.
