The third floor has a wide-open view that's really something, plus a rooftop space that would be great for a date. First up, the scallop oil pasta. It came with big, plump scallops, and being oil-based it wasn't greasy at all — clean and easy to eat. The dough was thin yet crispy, so after one slice I kept reaching for more. The balance between tomato sauce and cheese was great — not sharp or overpowering, just clean flavor. The rich, distinctive flavor of gorgonzola paired with tender beef tenderloin made every spoonful feel satisfying.
