Hours are daily from 11:00 to 21:00, with last orders at 20:30. There is no parking, but when a customer parked in front of the restaurant today, the owner said it was okay. There may be a wait at lunchtime—that is how popular it is! My lunch break is from 1 to 2 p.m., so it was a little quieter then. It is sold in limited quantities each day, so I definitely recommend trying it at least once! The regular loin katsu has tender loin aged for 48 hours along with fat, but its texture was a little different from the special one.
