There are seats good for sitting alone as well as tables for groups, so it looked like a good spot for studying or chatting comfortably near Ajou University. It's soft from the moment the fork goes in, and it just melts in your mouth! I'm not a fan of dry, dense cake sponge, and this one's moist texture was completely my style. And it wasn't as sweet as I expected. The sponge itself isn't very sweet, but the chocolate flavor comes through richly, so paired with the sweet banana, the balance was just right. Rather than a purely sweet chocolate cake, it felt like rich chocolate flavor layered with the banana's natural sweetness. A familiar chocolate-banana combo, but the moist sponge made it taste so much better. This is one I'd want to take home again next time (˘͈ᵕ ˘͈♡) ### Musk melon sando, 7,800 won And then the musk melon sando I was originally most curious about! There's a generous chunk of melon right in the center, so the fruit presence is obvious from the cross-section alone. A lot of fruit sando places these days add cream cheese, and personally I'm not a fan of cream cheese in sando. I don't love it when the cream cheese flavor overpowers the fruit,,! Between the soft bread and milk cream, the crunch of the melon really stands out, and I actually prefer this style over sando that's loaded up with cream. I think fruit lovers especially would enjoy this one ◡̈ ## What to know before ordering takeout at Jo Hui-tak Coffee I'd recommend eating the musk melon sando as soon as possible after buying it!
