The BAS Burger is a classic-style handmade burger with a beef patty, real cheddar cheese, house sauce, butterhead lettuce, onion, and tomato — sticking to the fundamentals. With the first bite, the patty flavor comes through first, and the veggies, cheese, and sauce combo works well together in a balanced way — the kind of taste that reminds you a classic burger just has to be good, haha. If you want to really taste the meat patty rather than a burger loaded with bold flavors, BAS Burger is probably the better fit. On the other hand, the Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burger I was curious about definitely had personality. With wasabi sauce and teriyaki sauce, plus a shrimp patty and onion rings added in, the bite is much more textured! Against the shrimp burger's naturally light flavor, the wasabi mayo comes through with a slight kick, but it wasn't as overpowering as I expected, so it was easy to enjoy without any burden.
