Being so close to Gangwon National University's back gate, most of the customers were students. The staff stayed kind even while busy, so waiting never felt like a burden. ## Open cooking counter and the sink inside the restaurant The interior of Jeongseong Katsu Chuncheon Hyoja Branch has a white tone mixed with wood accents, giving it a clean, comfortable feel — exactly the kind of interior I personally like. The layout let you see the cooking area clearly, and the counter was bigger than I expected, so watching the food come together felt natural.
