Passing by Omokcheon-ro, the huge orange sign and red brick building catch your eye right away — last Saturday, under an especially blue sky, it honestly felt like stepping into a bagel shop in New York. Wood-toned shelves, checkered tablecloths, and a cute dachshund character make it great for photos too. The drink fridge is stocked with wine, beer, sparkling water and juice, plus a variety of other drinks, making it a nice spot for a casual brunch. I'd fallen in love with this exact flavor in Chiang Mai back in January and had been missing it, so finally getting to drink it again made me happy♡ It didn't overpower the strong coffee taste, but a bright orange note came through on the finish, pairing really well with the sweet, hearty corn bagel. Definitely a drink I'll be craving on hot days! The corn bagel had a savory corn filling tucked between a chewy bagel, topped with roasted corn kernels — it looked delicious just sitting there. The glossy, pretzel-style bagel paired with rich butter was seriously irresistible. There was a hint of maple syrup, and I loved the sweet-and-salty combo. What impressed me most, though, was the bagel's own texture — chewy on the outside, moist inside, with such good density that it would've been delicious even without much filling.
