Just the sizzling sound and sight of it cooking made my mouth water. Rice cake, potato, chives, and mung bean sprouts were all piled on generously, so the portion felt really hearty! And they hand you a timer—once it goes off, staff come over to flip and cut everything for you! When the timer rings, they flip it and cut it up like this! I was so grateful haha... getting more impatient to eat by the second. I mixed it up enthusiastically lol. I don't even know how badly I wanted this. It was the perfect dessert-like finish! It also went great with the makchang haha.
