You all know that nurungji (scorched rice tea) is incredible, right?! And you know you have to get the water ratio just right, right?! I personally like fish grilled crispy, and this borigulbi (dried and seasoned yellow corvina) had no fishy smell and was grilled just right for my taste!! How to eat borigulbi!! Honestly, you just roll it into rice mixed with green tea and eat it together haha. The garlic scapes looked so good I wanted to buy some, but I held back haha. ## Final thoughts Places that serve a lot of side dishes can often drop in quality, but here every single one was delicious... Even though I went right around last order time... the staff were genuinely kind!!✨ The parking lot is seriously unreal!! Amazing!! Every banchan is refillable, and I especially loved that even the 'cheonggukjang' (fermented soybean stew) gets refilled!
