You melt butter on your own personal burner and cook the gyukatsu right on top of it. Absolutely delicious 🩷 The prices are cheaper than other gyukatsu places too, and it's so tasty I have to recommend it as a Seoul Station must-eat! When I visited, there were people who'd met up for a wedding invitation gathering, and I thought it'd be perfect for that kind of meetup near Seoul Station. We made one mistake. Don't make this same mistake, guys, lol. They give you a piece of butter each, and we assumed it was meant to make butter rice, so we happily piled the butter onto our rice. Turns out the butter isn't meant for the rice — you're supposed to put it on the hot plate and grill the gyukatsu on top of it!!!! We realized too late, so we ordered an extra butter for ₩1,000 and put it on the hot plate. The heat is intense so it cooks up in no time! Realizing late that the butter goes on the burner with the gyukatsu, we finally ate it the right way, lol.
