I'd been missing Phil's BBQ from my San Diego trip, and when I heard there was a nice spot in Bojeong-dong, I had to check it out. You could also grab shrimp chips here haha. And the garden salad! It came with brisket, baby back ribs and pulled pork, plus 3 butter buns. Coleslaw and fries came alongside it too. The paper lining underneath was so cute haha. First, the brisket! A hefty chunk of brisket cooked so tender it fell apart the moment a fork touched it... it looks delicious even in photos. Shredded fine and fluffy, this was tasty too. It almost had a texture like tuna in a way haha. This one was perfect for making into a burger with the bun!! And the baby back ribs... this was my favorite. Did you see how the bone slid right off the moment the knife touched it lol. Super tender, and it already had seasoning on the outside, so this was the best one to eat on its own!! ### The butter bun sandwich was a standout Also, the sandwich made with the butter bun is a real treat!! The main protein here was spicy-seasoned shrimp. It wasn't too spicy! Actually another table ordered the steak platter and the smell was incredible, so next time I'm definitely going back for that lol. They also run a birthday event and a roulette event, so you can enjoy even more!
