Sindorim Sambaekga is a jokbal (pig's trotters) and bossam (boiled pork wrap) restaurant on the 1st floor, Unit 118 of the Sindorim Prugio commercial building. It's super accessible — just cross one crosswalk after exiting Sindorim Station. I often come to the Sindorim Station Prugio commercial building for meals or drinks around the neighborhood. Among the restaurants there, Sambaekga was a Sindorim jokbal-bossam place I'd been meaning to try. When the bossam came out, they put it right on a burner to keep it warm... you can adjust the heat yourself too, which was great haha. Note that you can upgrade the set's bossam to a large (大) size when ordering. There were two of us and we thought about going big, but decided against it — the basic size was already enough haha. I'm writing this post right after eating and I'm already craving it again... The sweet garlic sauce wasn't overpowering but had this weirdly magnetic pull — I kept reaching for it. Next came the bibim makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles), which wasn't too sour or too spicy... just right.
