Grilling it in butter makes the gyukatsu taste even richer! Listen to that sizzling sound as the gyukatsu grills!!!! Keep brushing on plenty of butter as you grill so it doesn't burn and stays delicious!! A gyukatsu spot with a real Japan-local vibe. Whether tender or crispy, grilling it in butter made it taste even richer and better!
