The scallion cream corn gnocchi came out first. It was topped with whole corn, and crushed red pepper? was sprinkled over it so it did not feel too rich—the balance was so good!!! The gnocchi was also honestly among the best I have had. It was wonderfully chewy in that signature gnocchi way, with a nutty potato flavor—seriously, seriously delicious!! If I had to pick just one disappointing thing, there was way too little sauce,,, ㅠㅡㅠ There was so little sauce that the gnocchi ended up left over...? Such great value, truly..! The meat was not tough and was cooked just right. It had moisture + juices + tenderness all covered! Brivit's steak is sous-vide flat iron steak with red wine sauce, which went so well with the steak's meaty flavor! Brivit Gangnam Station had so many dishes that looked delicious that it was hard to choose,,,!!
