Two people ordered three servings of hanwoo gopchang at 19,000 won each and finished with both desserts, kkakdugi (radish kimchi) fried rice and anchovy noodle soup, with pickled minari (water dropwort) in garlic sauce, green onion kimchi and mustard leaf kimchi rounding out the table. I went to Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang, a legit gopchang (grilled beef intestine) spot in Garak-dong. The Garak Flagship location sits between Garak Market Station and Gyeongchal Hospital, and you can walk there from the station haha. It's genuinely one of my favorite restaurants in Garak-dong — it's already been on TV and gotten pretty famous lol. ## How long is the wait at Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang? The restaurant is pretty big so you'll spot it right away once you're nearby! There are plenty of chairs outside so waiting isn't too bad. They call your name when it's ready. I waited an hour on a weekend evening, but when I went around 8pm on a Thursday there was only one team ahead of me. Dip the rice cakes, dip all the vegetables in it. The warm broth pairs so well after everything else haha. By the time we finished the noodle soup, we were completely full. From gopchang to dessert, it was a perfect dinner 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is a legit favorite of mine in Garak-dong so I've been back many times, and it's delicious every single time, plus the staff are always kind!
