As we drank, I started craving a little spicy broth, so I grabbed a yukgaejang (spicy beef soup) cup noodle. Hot water is ready at the snack shop too! The Cheongyang chili peppers were so fresh, and the mayonnaise-to-soy-sauce ratio was spot-on. They give you more mayonnaise than other places, which was totally my taste! We cut the squid into easy-to-eat pieces with scissors, then gave it a good dunk in the house sauce.
