The rice in the pilaf was stir-fried to a nice fluffy texture, with moist chicken plus plenty of mushrooms, broccoli, and other vegetables mixed in! Even at ₩12,000, the portion is genuinely generous — a great-value spot in Incheon Nonhyeon~ You'd expect the sauce to be super spicy, but it's more of a sweet-and-spicy balance, with the rice itself seemingly stir-fried right into that spicy sauce — the fluffy texture of the pilaf is great, and the spice keeps it from feeling heavy.
