When an order comes in, they pull the meat straight from here, slice it, weigh it on a scale, and bring it to your table. Video room and CCTV On the way to the restroom, further inside the restaurant, there's a kids' video room!! While the kids spend time in there, parents get to finish their meal at a relaxed pace — such a lifesaver for moms and dads, haha. These four cuts — pork belly, neck, jowl, and gabrisal — all arrive on one tray, along with a mixed mushroom plate of oyster mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and enoki.
