It went well with rice, and was also good just picked up piece by piece, making it a great order to share when dining with several people. Even the name sets it apart from a regular potato pancake, haha. With arugula and cheese piled on top, it looked quite different from a typical one too. The nutty flavor of the potato pancake got richer with the cheese added, and the arugula on top brought a fresh, herby note. You drizzle honey on top, and that was also a nice little treat, haha. We shared it alongside the other dishes, and it worked well split into slices. If we'd only ordered the pasta or the pot rice, the meal might have felt a bit one-note, but adding the potato pancake gave the table more variety.
