The all-black case and two-tone packaging felt neat. When I opened the product, there was a spatula inside, and a clear cap on the inner section was designed to protect the contents during use.

The texture is a black solid balm. Since it comes with a spatula for scooping it out, I thought it could be used more hygienically than a product you scoop out directly with your hands.
