Great for picking at while waiting for the meat, and with warm steamed egg and crispy kimchi pancake, the meal felt hearty right from the start. At Choryang Hyeongje Galbi, staff grill the meat for you right at the table. They grilled it so well that I could just relax and eat. Mushrooms and zucchini also came out to grill alongside the meat, and that turned out to be a treat too! Eating the mushrooms and zucchini, browned nicely on the grill, together with the meat gave a nice variety of textures and made it even tastier.
