I'm dieting these days and there's no salad place near my house, so I was always struggling to figure out what to eat. This place has tofu noodles and pasta as well as salads, so it's great for whenever you want a light but satisfying meal. Since it's a newly opened store, the whole place felt clean and comfortable, which I really liked. It was my first visit so I came with my partner, but the vibe felt totally fine for eating alone too — and in fact there were quite a few solo diners there. If you only eat salad while dieting you get hungry fast, but eating regular meals means the diet goes out the window... So having options like tofu noodles or oats, which are lower in the way of weight gain, gave a wider range of choices that I really liked. The chicken went really well with the wasabi mayo, while the beef was a perfect match with the teriyaki sauce! Both dishes had their own distinct charm, making for a satisfying meal!
