Gangseo has so many great bakeries that I was torn on where to go, but after searching around, I found this delicious-looking spot that sells both wakppu salt bread and financiers, and without a second thought I just strolled on over. (Isn't it fate that it's right near Haeni's place?!) So today I'll introduce Byway Bakers, the dessert café near Balsan Station I visited <3 ## Byway Bakers hours and payment options Byway Bakers Balsan Station is open from 9 AM to 8 PM, closed every Wednesday. They're also closed for Chuseok this month, from the 24th to the 26th. If you let this chill in the fridge for a day first, it's pure heaven — moist, delicious, does everything on its own! My favorite financier was the salty one.. seriously, how crispy is this crust?↗️ The reduced fig was such a great texture and so sweet, pairing perfectly with the financier!
