Bulhyangjip welcomes dogs, and if you're bringing one, you'll be seated on the inner terrace. Bulhyangjip's gochujang bulgogi for two comes out piled up like a mountain. (You can choose between scallion bulgogi and gochujang bulgogi.) It arrives already stir-fried, but they told us to let it warm up a bit more before eating 🫠 The meat had a distinct smoky char and the sauce was full of savory depth 💕 — not too sweet, not too salty, really well balanced. Wrapped with the cooked scallions, it's 👍👍 and it's also great dipped in the special sauce.
