I really love morning glory, so this is great news!! The boiled meat pho looked delicious too, and I really wanted to try the ox bone pho, but since I had to pick just one, this place makes you think a hundred times over — a real pho destination in Bundang. As the weather got cooler, I was craving something spicy so I picked the spicy pho. Spicy pho is great for curing a hangover. It's called 空心菜 ("empty heart vegetable") because the stem is hollow like bamboo. It looks similar to water dropwort, but the texture isn't tough — it's crisp and tender. It's loaded with squid rings, shrimp, fish cake, the trendy shio kombu, and a soft-boiled egg.
