Hi, this is Seongroro~! Today I'm bringing you my review of Think Fruit, a Hongdae dessert café famous for its seasonal fruit desserts that I'd really wanted to visit~ I heard they'd released a peach soufflé for this summer season, so I ran right over!

Looking at the menu, it was packed with everything from seasonal fruit soufflés to parfaits and a variety of drinks! And here's the thing about Think Fruit — they use Häagen-Dazs ice cream in every menu item that includes ice cream! With Häagen-Dazs, it can't taste bad~ Just so you know, the soufflé takes about 20 minutes to come out after ordering~!!

Finally, everything I ordered arrived! It was all so pretty I couldn't help but take photos~

## Peach soufflé: Häagen-Dazs with firm and soft peach on one plate

The soufflé is a must-order whenever you come to Think Fruit! I went with the peach soufflé, and it's baked to order, so the warm soufflé pancake arrives topped with Häagen-Dazs ice cream, whipped cream, and a generous pile of peach!!

The fluffy soufflé cuts easily with just a light touch of the knife! I cut off a piece, dipped it in whipped cream, and the nutty egg flavor combined with the pancake melting in my mouth was so good!

The peach soufflé let me enjoy both firm peach (ttakbok) and soft peach (mulbok) — the small pieces cut on the side were the crisp ttakbok variety and they were delicious! Peach lovers actually tend to split into ttakbok fans and mulbok fans, and I loved that this dish satisfies both camps~ Of course, I like both!!!

### Whole peach filled with Greek yogurt

And this one is the soft mulbok peach — with Greek yogurt inside! This is the exact dessert that got popular on the show I Live Alone! The pitted, soft whole peach was generously filled with rich, nutty Greek yogurt.

The combination of sweet, soft peach and rich, tangy Greek yogurt worked so well together! It made total sense why this trend was such a big deal~

## Drinks: iced americano and peach lemonade

I couldn't skip pairing coffee with a soufflé pancake, so I ordered an iced americano and a peach lemonade! The americano had just the right acidity, clean and nutty in flavor! A sweet bite of soufflé followed by a sip of iced americano cleaned my palate right up — totally refreshing!

And then there was the peach lemonade, which I absolutely loved! The color alone is such a pretty pink, and the first sip brings a sweet peach flavor, then a bright, zesty lemonade note kicks in at the end — genuinely delicious. The carbonation is on the softer, gentler side, kind of like Bundaberg? But the flavor is way more intense!! This is a menu item you truly can't go wrong with!
