The soft, chewy brioche bun goes perfectly with the burger👍 It was the tastiest bun I've had on a handmade burger. When a bun is boring or too heavy I often peel it off and toss it, but this time I ate every bit! As you eat, you catch hints of salt, and it makes the flavor of the cheese and patty much deeper.
