Since our son can't handle spicy food, we went with the clear mushroom kalguksu! My husband saw this and said he'd never seen a restaurant do this before... he was totally touched. He runs hot, and eating this kind of simmering food usually makes him even more overheated and fidgety, so seeing a handheld fan at every table blew him away.
