The first thing that caught my eye in the consultation room was a panel labeled 'Promise to Customers.' The director kept the design a lot more conservative than I expected. When I asked why, she said it's so the result doesn't look overdone and fully reflects the natural look I wanted! Apparently a lot of people get greedy after session 1 and ask to widen the area, but that can end up looking unnatural later.
