It's easiest to find if you head for the shabu-shabu all-day building! I've also been to the Seonbu branch and paid out of my own pocket, and it was the same there. A little disappointing, but still tasty! ## Does Susan Jang cut the heads off the live shrimp sashimi? The raw shrimp sashimi (₩26,000) comes with about 9–10 shrimp, and if you ask, they'll cut off the heads for you. The shell on the body is already peeled. The raw shrimp sashimi arrived first! Even though it's an izakaya, the sashimi and seafood quality here rivals a dedicated raw fish restaurant — genuinely delicious at this Gojan-dong seafood izakaya. The tanks are well maintained too, no fishy smell at all, and the flesh felt moist, like it was sliced fresh to order.
