The beef texture was really something, so juicy. And here's the thing — they have a whopping 6 sauces to go with the meat. Wasabi mayo sauce, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, salt, wasabi, and salted hairtail intestine (galchi sokjeot) are all on offer. The more you chew, the more the octopus's savory flavor comes through, and it's not over-seasoned, so you can really taste the octopus itself.
