One of the things I liked most at Daepae Market was the self bar. For just ₩2,000 extra per person, you can have unlimited vegetables, all kinds of side dishes, and sauces. I tend to eat lots of ssam vegetables (wrap greens) with meat, so I especially loved this setup. You can bring back as much as you want, making it easy to enjoy a generous spread of meat and vegetables. Vegetable prices at supermarkets are no joke these days, so I honestly wondered how they could make a profit offering unlimited refills at this price.
