Hi, this is Nana! I went to Oreno Ramen, one of the top picks for good food in Eunpyeong-gu. This chicken broth ramen place is so famous it has branches in every hot spot in Seoul — Jamsil, Anguk, Songridan-gil, Gangnam...!!! The flavor is rich but not too intense, so kids and adults alike tend to like it. The rich chicken broth is the best. It's like samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) broth concentrated about three times — that thick, savory flavor!!!! It's so, so soft, and when you crack it open the yolk runs out really loosely, so eating it with the ramen broth makes everything even more savory. With the spicy ramen, the broth color didn't look much different at first, but once you eat it and the seasoning mixes in, the spiciness becomes clear. It's richer and even more delicious than samgyetang... T_T Mixing in the rice at the end made for a perfect meal.
