It’s possible when you have a 4-year-old at home who can eat a whole serving of pork ribs. An unexpectedly very satisfying dinner from our Yangyang trip with the little one 😋 ## Yangyang pork ribs that even people from Suwon, the city of galbi, loved It feels a little funny to build this up from here, but my husband and I are from Suwon, the city of galbi. Once eating out with our child became possible, galbi restaurants were probably where we went most often. Honestly, for a child who can polish off a meal with rice and meat, there is no restaurant with better value than a pork-rib place. When I asked what they wanted to eat on our Gangwon trip, the answer was “pork ribs.” I expected it, but that is how we ended up eating pork ribs in Yangyang too. It is near Seolhaeone, so it is also well known as a good restaurant near Yangyang Seolhaeone! Groups of local residents were having dinner there too. Personally, I do not like tongs and scissors that arrive soaked in the marinated ribs, so just seeing that they gave us separate ones told me at once how tidy the owner is. We ate ₩67,000 worth and were absolutely stuffed! Our whole family loves pot rice, so we ordered it, and it was an excellent choice. With marinated ribs, sometimes the marinade is too heavy or too thin and drips, drip, drip onto the charcoal, sending up acrid smoke or catching fire so you have to call the owner for firefighting duty,,🔥🧑🏻🚒 But during our entire meal with the child, almost no smoke rose up. And after we left, our clothes and hair did not hold much smell either! Apparently, they use expensive coffee-tree charcoal.. They were so thoughtful about hot rice, stew, and the water for sungnyung (scorched-rice tea), serving all of it far from our child. The meal did not end until our child had stayed seated to the end and drunk every last drop of the sungnyung broth.
