It can rotate up and down, and the height adjusts freely, so it feels very secure! We have both an iPad and a Galaxy Tab, and the 비티냐 stand was great with either one—neither tilted nor wobbled! Personally, it would be great for filming videos too, but it feels steady enough to use as a desk book stand, so it should also be nice for e-books or classes.
