The real deal, straight-from-Japan flavor. The menu is simple — just tori paitan or kara paitan. For sides you can add tsukune chashu (skewer-style meatball chashu) or a soft-boiled egg, and drinks include highball, Kloud bottled beer, and Coke (regular and zero). Since it was crowded, I only took photos of the wall where there were no customers. And every staff member wore masks, hats, and aprons, which really gave a sense that they take hygiene seriously! The tori paitan arrived! The tsukune chashu came mixed right into the ramen. That pale, milky broth is the whole charm of tori paitan. The egg was cooked to the perfect soft-boil — the yolk inside was truly gooey and perfectly aged, sliding right down. It had a strong, savory meat flavor and a healthy taste from fresh ingredients — I was very satisfied. The portion felt really generous (I usually eat a lot), but the noodles were chewy and the broth so rich and thick that even when full, I kept going back for more. It might look oily, but that's exactly what makes it so savory and delicious. If you're a real ramen lover, this is a flavor you have to try at least once.
