Wow,,, the kalguksu at Gangnam Gyoja was really delicious. The chicken-broth base, simmered for a long time, was incredibly deep and flavorful. The noodles were also soft and chewy, easy for my kid to eat. I had ordered plenty of sides so I was too full and barely held back, but if you're only getting kalguksu by itself, you'll probably understand what I mean....
