We looked around for something to eat, and since we are both absolutely obsessed with Korean food, we went straight to Dolsoe Ssambap without a second thought. Having underground parking in the building was so convenient! The savory smell the moment it hit the grill.. was insane........ The beef brisket was not too thick, just the right thickness, so it cooked quickly! I used to make lots of cabbage wraps when I was watching my diet, but they tasted even better wrapped around beef brisket like this.. I added some of the doenjang that came with it too haha. Sauce lover....... The combination of fresh vegetables and tender beef brisket was really delicious at Dolsoe Ssambap. It may be busy on weekends or at lunchtime, so going at a slightly quieter time might make for a more relaxed meal!
